Jean-Pierre Noiseux was Assistant to Dom
André Saint-Cyr, o.s.b., Director of the Choeur grégorien
de l'église Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Montréal. He has conducted
Gregorian Chant workshops in the United States with the National Association
of Pastoral Musicians. Mr. Noiseux has also produced and hosted several broadcast
series on Gregorian Chant for Radio Ville-Marie, and is regularly in demand
as a speaker on the subject. He is currently conducting research on the historiography
of 19th-century Gregorian Chant revival and the repertory of
Epiphany.
